We have a 30 day return policy from the date your order was placed (and a 60 day return policy for Brill mowers). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item(s) for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to take any bedding products that have been removed from their plastic cases, since it is illegal to resell them. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on bedding that is in its original unopened packaging.
Prior to sending back an item for replacement or refund, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Please phone 1.800.704.8485 or email info@naturalemporium.com to get your RA number and mailing instructions. We ask that you send returns and exchanges using an insured or traceable service to ensure that the package arrives safely. Be sure that anything being returned is in its original condition (unused) and that it is sent back in the manufacturer's packaging along with all accompanying warranty cards, instructions, etc. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and a note referencing the RA Number and the reason for return. Merchandise sent back without an RA number cannot be accepted. Should the shipment be incorrect or the product arrive damaged, we will issue you a return shipping label to use so that you do not incur the shipping charge.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST, Monday - Friday, at 1 800 704 8485. Please have your invoice number when you call.
Warranty Information
Manufacturers warranties cards accompany most items, and are subject to the manufacturer's policies. Everything we sell is new and has been carefully inspected prior to shipment. If after 30 days (or 60 days for the Brill Mower) your product becomes defective, please see your product's warranty information for contacting the manufacturer for replacement and/or repairs. If you can no longer locate that information, feel free to contact us for help in getting the manufacturers contact information.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been shipped, call us at 1 800 704 8485 betwen 9:00am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.
You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and any restocking charges (if applicable).
Out of Stock Merchandise
Many of our items in the bedding department are custom made, following the placement of your order. Consequently, delivery time on such merchandise is longer in comparison to an already made item. While it is a big bummer to have to wait for those things that we know you want NOW, they are absolutely worth the wait! We hope that you will appreciate all the attention and handmade care that went into producing them.
Regarding other merchandise, most items are in stock. However, unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items being out of stock. If something is on backorder, we will notify you and keep you informed as to an estimated delivery date.
